Our Restaurant would like to thankyou for taking the time to visit this page!

Here are some facts about our restaurant to date:

Founded on the 1st November, 2016 our restaurant began at the Singleton Golf Club, 2330. During the time at this venue our catering service have hosted a large number of private functions. From weddings, birthdays, cricket presentations, concerts, family reunions, work parties, christmas, new year and a whole lot more!

The Island Cuisine focus' on customer service and prioritises the quality of our food, most notable through our presentation and portions. Through this we are able to share our 'love for food' as a family restaurant.

November 2018, The Island Cusine relocated to 'The Clubhouse Hotel' Singleton, after 2 years and have gained a notable reputation. From a supersized mixed grill to mouthwatering jungle ribs, or the daily specials to satisfy any budget. Our welcoming chefs have over 10 years experience in bistro style cuisine.

From our culture to yours, we would like to share with you our next chapter by sharing our passion and love for food with you all!
